1. STANDARD ELEMENTS OF THE SERVICE

The equipment owned by the Provider and placed in certain GTS PoPs allows the user to connect to Internet by means of dial-up, using ISDNConnect. In order to do so, the user must already have an ISDN subscription with one of the telecommunications providers (ex. Romtelecom). The Provider shall supply to the user an account and a password for connecting.
Depending on the level of the existing service bandwidth (64 kpbs/128 kpbs), the Provider’s equipment shall limit the simultaneous access to one or two ISDN channels
