Created to reduce international voice traffic costs
GTS EasyVoice is a pre-paid voice service created for the origination of voice traffic from any terminal connected in Romtelecom’s network. The service ensures the fix voice operator’s selection, through Carrier Select Code (CSC) in order to generate a voice call from the fix phone (line) to subscribers of any networks with which GTS Telecom has a valid interconnection agreement.
In order to use the service, clients must dial 1699 before the destinarion phone number, including the prefix.
When dialing 1699, Romtelecom private branch exchange recognizes GTS Telecom indicative and transfers the call to GTS network without any other interventions.
No changes are needed in order to use Easy Voice service.
What is needed is a valid service contract with GTS.
As customer, you will be registered in our data base along with the phone numbers you would like to use with the service. The system will identify the line (the phone numer you are calling from) and, if recognised as client, automatically authenticated (the system is called Caller Line Identification) in our network, allowing the generated phone calls to fix and mobile, national and international destinations.
The call generated through 1699 will not be charged by Romtelecom. The whole costs for the transfer of your phone call to the GTS Telecom network will be entirely supported by our company.
As a pre-paid service you need to create a credit which status you will be able to check anytime.
